I definitely don't really care what color it is. I mean, I cook with it, and though my kitchen is almost entirely open (I have very little enclosed storage), a rainbow of le creuset would be attractive.

heh, indeed. Best bets for the le creuset is to go to one of the cooking outlet stores. I got two of em for less than $130 a few years back, as long as you are willing to pick up "last years color"... For cookware so expensive, I can hardly believe they do annual colors, but apparently they do.

Heh, I've used the rachel ray dutch oven, and the emeril dutch oven. Both were good, and both houses where I whipped this up loved the fresh bread. Noone ever expects it to be that easy :)

I've used Terry's Rachael Ray dutch oven (shh! don't tell anyone that whoever does RR's enamelware did a good job!) with some good success, and I have my eye on a le creuset. In Flame. So traditional!

very nice! I've been looking for a better version of this recipe.... now, if I can only make it work with some high quality whole wheat flour... I use my le creuset dutch oven, a nice combo of ceramic and dutch oven.
