hey wine me dine me….avid reader of the past couple of months. i do love your blog. also checked out your friends all on quest to slim down. if you’d like any healthy diet “tips” i’d be happy to help. not a dietician, but very healthy eater/workout person who has recently hit mid-40s, so i’ve needed to learn even more about food/nutrition and how it impacts me. i’d be happy to help – it would be fun, and what do we have to lose…
