They put together a theme to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the repeal of prohibition, 1933 I believe. Molly the bartender, did a bunch of research and put together a series of period cocktails. Each one was better than the last, they were perfect, not that bar mix crap REAL cocktails. BTW Molly is a hoot you will love her, she is a sweetheart, she put a lot of effort in this and it came off very well, ask her to tell you the story she uncovered about George Remus, a famous Cincinnati lawyer and bootlegger during the prohibition era. It has been claimed that he was the inspiration for the title character Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Molly's Scofflaw, Maidens, Prayer, Sazerac were all perfect, I think we are going to have to go back tonight to try the rest, the place was packed and rockin around 10 to midnight. I think this is the last night so If you can do drop in try one, Molly, cocktail shaker in each hand, going at it, will take you back in time.
