They make food accessible to people who want to develop their skills and try new things, but who need to do it with limited time and/or a limited budget. I for one really enjoy some of their recipes; plus, nothing they make is terribly difficult to tweak to my tastes or improve upon. Three cheers for Sandra Lee!
