vudutu!! Lots of suggestions for you, most based on what you decide to make, you're welcome to e-mail me and I'll help however I can......in response to your specific questions the pucks cost 20 bucks for 48 of them and the smoker burns thru 3 an hour..the greatest advantage to the bradley is its set it and forget it whereas if you do it yourself it requires frequent, frequent attention...Good Luck!!

Yeeeee Dogies, great post Terry you are making my mouth water, think I will have to find a recipe and make a feeble attempt at using the elcheapo smoker my neighbor gave me. Any suggestions for a first timer?

How expensive are the Bradley flavor Bisquettes, how many did it take for that 20 hour run? I am eyeballin that $170 Bradley and thinking of what I would bolt it to, hummm.

That was a very fine looking shoulder. Restaurants cannot reproduce what you can do at home - if you know what you are doing. They can't afford the time to do it right and you never get food right out of the cooker - what you are eating was probably made days before.

I am cooking pork loin right now for some pulled pork and, although I thought it was smelling pretty damn good, I can tell it's not even going to be close to this Gold Standard. Must work on the brownies.
