That development needs to have a lot of work done to it, and it isn't going to be ready to habitat for some time. In understand that they have not secured financing yet to complete the project, and we all know how tight credit is right now. Having said that, I REALLY hope that this project takes off and that JR is involved. This project would be great for Northside. It would also be great for JR; a casual bistro that is his 100%. It would take him back to his roots and allow him to recenter himself.
