I couldn't handle him. Driving an 1 1/2, and working 12 to 14 hr days just to get yelled at was no fun. He almost made me feel like I wasn't good at what I do, and I know that I am. I don't think downing your employees helps them learn, or better themselfs. I have worked with him, and yes he is “VERY” talented, but very hard to work for. I couldn’t handle him.
