There is a big disparity between the photos in this post and the *yawn* concession photos from the Great American Ball Park in your more recent post. Deep Deux Deux for sure.

Liz, the NYT article suggests that, if you are going to go to the White Sox, to bring a case of beer and trade for hot dogs from the tailgaters. Or else stick with Cracker Jacks. That's just SAD.

interesting post. i have to say though, after having just experienced my first white sox game over the weekend, i don't think the offerings at comerica park are too shabby. literally all they serve at u.s. cellular field is crappy hot dogs (ballpark franks, gross), peanuts, popcorn, and corn on the cob. oh i think there was maybe a nacho stand in there somewhere too. i could not even find a damn corn dog! it made the food choices here seem great... and on top of that my friends kept telling me "if you think the food is bad here, you should see it at wrigley field..."

We definitely agree ... Pittsburgh does things right when it comes to a great baseball atmosphere. We would love to see the same here in Cincy as well.
