Cincinnati isn't really that large-- the metro area is over a million, but that sprawls as far south as Florence, and as far north as West Chester (and some say even Dayton). Chicago, on the other hand, is far more concentrated, with a couple million in a far more concentrated area, so you're naturally going to have more of a density of restaurants. That said, in downtown, I can list dozens of restaurants that I like and can walk to. :) I completely disagree that the food is bad in Cincinnati– there’s a ton of great stuff, you just have to look. The food was good but not great. I sad commentrary to most of the city. For our size we should have much large portion of good food. They have no flavor. The texture is mushy. Ben, one of our favorite parks, in a similar vein, is the Dayton Dragons' Fifth Third Field. We'll definitely try Columbus next year. At least the Skyline is something different for out of town people to try. The Diamond seat food is only good by comparison to the rest of the place. The Machine Room is DREADFUL....
