Hello I am going to the Ensemble theatre on Vine street tomorrow for 8pm show.
Any suggestions for dinner before the show? Lavomatic?
I do not want to go to any chain restaurants or anything to expensive.
Lavomatic is good; my favorite is Nicola’s, and both are in the neighborhood (about 5 blocks apart).
Soon, you’ll have the Senate nearby– can’t wait!

thanks we ended up at the lavomatic and it was great.
this week we are down town again so we will try nicolas.
Nicola’s might be a little bit pricy, but the portions are huge and entrees are easily (and happily!) split. Split the bolognese!

THANKS…both seem like good choices but bolognese sounds good. My mouth is watering right now.
