I see the title "Christmas Dinner" but no entry/pics/whatever following said title. Tried Firefox 3.5.6 and IE 7.0, same result in each case.

We look forward to our own private Christmas celebration every year, onve we are finished with the family obligations. As Mrs. CincyCapell & I go to her parents on Christmas Day, we have our celebration on Boxing Day, the 26th. We are doing a Standing Rib Roast, Yorkshire Puddings, roasted potatos and brussels sprouts au gratin, all accompanied by a nice bottle of Pomerol, Château L'Eglise Clinet 1997. After dinner we have Christmas Pudding, which I made (Mrs CincyCapell does the rest of the cooking, I'm strictly the cleaning crew for the rest of the meal!) the week of Thanksgiving using a great recipe from Delia Smith - http://tinyurl.com/ydb7p4d - that I have used for the past 5 or 6 Christmas seasons. We follow that with port & cheeses, a bottle of Quinta do Noval Colheita 1984 with a selection of mainly French & mainly raw milk cheeses - some Comte, Tomme de Savoie & Pont-l'Evêque plus some good old English Stilton & Farmhouse Cheddar. We follow that with some serious alcohol; Calvados for me and Armagnac for her. And then vice-versa. The TV stays off all day & all night and we listen to music. Bach's Christmas Oratorio is the highlight of the day, musically speaking, for us. This is one of the best recordings of Bach's Christmas Oratorio around: http://www.classicstoday.com/review.asp?ReviewNum=8186

We sleep pretty much all day on the 27th.

A Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all of our fellow foodies in the area!
