Just got a call about this– 3 PM in Hamilton County Common Pleas court, Jean-Robert de Cavel sued Martin Wade and the Relish Group to fight his non compete. According to the pleading, de Cavel ceased to have control over the group as of a memo sent out by Wade in September of 2008. His non-compete, apparently, specified that his non-compete would go into effect only if he was fired “with cause”.
We’ll see how this one plays out– more news to come.
