Snowville Creamery on NPR

Warren Taylor, proprietor of Snowville Creamery (which makes fantastic milk and cream products– check out my review of their whole milk) was on NPR today talking about the taste of milk from pastured vs. factory raised cows.

    We bought a half gallon of Snowville’s Heavy Cream to make some desserts for Thanksgiving. We took the leftover cream and made delicious butter out of it. It was easy, and kind of fun as well. The directions are on the side of the carton.
