This is a concept I can get behind:
Tom + Chee (short for Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese) opened yesterday on Fountain Square, near the ice rink. They will be serving grilled cheese and tomato soup (naturally), including your standard white bread and American cheese version, and one with Havarti served on a grilled donut. They will also have coffee from La Terza roasters and hot chocolate.
The enterprise was started by Chef Trew Quackenbush (a relative newcomer to Cincinnati) and Corey Ward. Their hours are evenings and weekends only– 5-9 Monday – Thursday, 5-11 on Friday, 11-11 on Saturday and 11-9 on Sunday.
