Romy Jung’s new venture, Aroma, is now open to the public in Kenwood, near Nordstrom. He just sent me a sample of the menu:

Ahi tuna tataki tower with daikon chips and sesame seed eel sauce
Sounds somewhat pan-asian– I’ll be interested to try in a couple of weeks once they get into a groove.
