Cincinnati E.A.T.S Announces Winter Venue: The Palace at the Cincinnatian

Cincinnati E.A.T.S announced its winter venue yesterday– the Cincinnatian. The meal, which is at a fixed price of $36 (including tax and tip), includes three courses. Drinks are separate, and donations are welcomed for the FreestoreFoodBank.

The event is on Thursday, February 4 at 7 PM for drinks and 8 PM for dinner.  For tickets, go to cincinnati.com/cincinnatieats .

First Course

Citrus Salad

Arugula and Frisee Greens, Orange Confit, Candied Grapefruit, Pickled Red Onions, Shaved Pecorino Romano Cheese and Shaved Fennel

Roasted Chicken Consommé

Chicken dumplings, vegetables, hand rolled noodles
Entrees

Long Island Duck Breast

Puy Lentils, Brussel Sprouts, Salsify, Port Wine and Currant Reduction

Dry Aged New York Strip

Celeriac Puree, Root Vegetables, Roasted Bone Marrow, Bordelaise Sauce

Organic Salmon with Hazelnut Crust

Roasted Winter Vegetables, Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
