I can just imagine nibbling on duck fat fries while enjoying a delightful craft brew out on Senate's patio area along Vine Street. Oy, it's going to be heavenly.

Thanks for sharing this with everyone. From my conversation with Daniel the delay had to do with a couple things. Some were typical restaurant delays that come up, then there was also a liquor license issue which was the major delay factor.

I'm really looking forward to those Duck Fat Fries and the Lobster BLT Sliders. The gourmet hot dog menu should also be very cool. In the end though I'm probably most excited about the accordion windows along Vine Street that will open the restaurant up to the street in a really cool way found in many historic districts throughout the country that have seen a surge of reinvestment.

Daniel also told me that they would be releasing their full menu (which he let me peak at) this week sometime on their Facebook page, and that their website would be going live sometime soon too.

Great news. We love the little low-key sign (and have wondered if there's some kind of zoning thing in play there that forced it to be small) and have been looking forward to drinking there. And eating.
