Yeah, so, that last post you read? About me getting fit? This is one of the things that goes along with it.
I don’t really run, but I do like to walk. So join me (and The Better Half– he’s a runner) on Saturday– before you head down to Oktoberfest– for the Hudy 14k Brewery Run. It’s named, of course, after the 14k beer (or the 7k, for those of us who don’t want to walk a bit more than a half-marathon 8 or so miles (I can’t count, apparently). You can do it as a team (a six-pack, of course, or a 3-way) or you can just come for some festivities. There will be beer at the finish line and a big party. It all starts at the Moerlein Lager House (a move from last year’s location, the Moerlein Brewery in OTR) at 8 AM. It’s $45 for the 7K and $55 for the 14k, and you can register on site or at the run’s website.
